Arcuby Ads Console
Arcuby Ads Console is an internal tool built by Arcuby, a software and digital advertising agency in Türkiye. Its purpose is to manage and report on the Google Ads accounts of clients who have hired us to run their advertising. It automates performance reporting, budget and bid optimisation, and routine campaign management for those accounts.

This tool is used only by the Arcuby team. It is not publicly available, there is no sign-up, and there is no sign-in — for anyone outside Arcuby there is nothing on this site to log into.
What it does
- Performance reporting. Pulls campaign, ad group and keyword level statistics — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per conversion — and turns them into the reports we send each client about their own account.
- Budget and bid optimisation. Tracks pacing against the agreed budget and surfaces bid adjustments, so spend is reviewed against results rather than left to drift.
- Campaign management. Handles the routine operations our team would otherwise repeat by hand across every account we run.
Which accounts it touches
Only the Google Ads accounts of clients who have engaged Arcuby to manage their advertising. Access is granted by the account owner through Google's own authorisation flow, and the owner can revoke it at any time from their Google account. Each client's data is used for that client's own reporting and campaigns, and nothing else.
What Google user data we request, and why
Arcuby Ads Console requests access to the Google Ads API using the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope. It asks for this
because the tool cannot do its job — reporting on and managing a client's ad
account — without reading and operating that account.
Specifically, that access is used to:
- Read campaign performance. Spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and cost per conversion, at campaign, ad group and keyword level, so we can produce the client's reports.
- Manage campaigns. Apply the budget and bid changes agreed with the client, and carry out the routine campaign operations our team would otherwise repeat by hand.
Nothing beyond the account the client authorises is requested. The tool does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service, and it does not read the personal data of the people who see or click those ads.
Data handling
The console reads aggregated campaign performance data through the Google Ads API. That data is never sold and never shared with third parties. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
